-Promos are judged based on quality not quantity (Longer does not equal better)
-RPs are judged based on the quality of the actual promo. What your character says (Not the creativity of the writing style. Or the production value of the video promo)
-The NPW In-Character Posts Message Board can be used to post text promos
-Use the twitter hashtag #npwnov13 to be sure your promo counts. If I can't find it. It doesn't count
